Deliveries

We use our own Smellies delivery vehicle to deliver around Geelong and suburbs every weekday and have our own dedicated driver who is skilled in the care and handling of our products. If you place these orders by 11.00am on any given weekday, your order will be delivered same day.

We have the facility to deliver our designs to Melbourne, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surfcoast. Place your order by 9.00am for same day, weekday delivery.

There are various towns in Western and Central Victoria that we can also deliver to, though we must have 24 hours notice for these and properties must be on main, sealed roads to be accepted. If you are unsure about your delivery address, give us a call and we can let you know if delivery is possible and what other options there are.

We do not trade on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays so deliveries (or pickups) are not available on these days.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS IN DELIVERIES

We deal with largely seasonal and locally grown flowers so we will endeavour to make designs to the photos featured on the site, but may need to substitute flowers, colors and foliage where necessary depending upon availability.

Where changes significantly change the overall appearance of the design, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.  If you are selecting a design based on use of a particular flower or color choice, you should call us to make sure that is available for your order.
